We engage some of the leading planning consultants to manage our planning applications, risks and conditions. The strategy is to maximise value from the site with the most cost effective designed development scheme, however being sympathetic of the environment and surrounding townscape.

Brand Selection

Through a diligent brand selection process which includes some of the best and most exciting hotel brands in the world we are able to find the most suitable operating structure and brand identity for our hotels.

Construction

The key to our construction delivery is the management team. The procurement of the contractor is critical to the budget, programme and quality of build.

We work together as a coordinated team with our professionals to deliver the brand standard set by the hotel operator.

Asset Management

Medina partners with hotel operators to ensure the asset remains competitive and successful in the long term.
